- Automatic Optimisation. Z-Sight performs real time optimisation, providing the potential well by well production gains, with a suggested operating Frequency and WHP.
- Potential additional flow can be tracked to manage lost production.
- Optimisation results are comprehensively checked against pump and well limitations using real time sensitivity studies.
- Automatic Diagnosis. Z-Sight can detect if the well or pump is underperforming and will highlight this to the operator showing the possible gains obtainable or problems to be diagnosed.
- Z-Sight perform Real Time Well Test , derives Water cut, Total GOR, Flow at surface, flow at pump, suggests an estimated P1 and can validate % pump wear.
- Automatic Protection. All ESP alarm points are calculated and updated in real time based on the actual operating conditions of the well.
- All processing is performed at the well site. 1f communications links fail the well is still protected and monitored to the full capability of the system.
- Automatic Surveillance. Z-Sight provides a quick look status for each well (eg - Running, Stopped, Optimisation potential, Alarm, Pump or well performance degradation) to aid field management. The status is displayed on a real time field map.
- Web access from anywhere with an internet connection. All data, including the well status and optimisation recommendation is available remotely using secure internet access using conventional web browsers.
- SMS and email notification of problem conditions as they occur.
- Remote control access level on the remote web interface: Start or stop the well and change operating frequency in line with ZSight suggested frequency guidance.
- Historical data including completion, PVT, well test, installation history and operating data available using secure internet access using conventional web browsers. All data can be stored securely on a server in the operator’s office.
- Consolidated data at the well site for your operators.
- Report storage online. 1nstall, pull, commissioning reports can all be stored and accessed using a regular web browser.
